Installation

If you are a NeoBundle user, you can install this colorscheme by adding the below line in your vimrc and restart vim.

NeoBundle 'miyakogi/slateblue.vim'

Then execute :NeoBundleInstall.

Now you can use this colorscheme, check :colorscheme slateblue.
