Installation

I recommend using [Tim Pope's pathogen
plugin](https://github.com/tpope/vim-pathogen), [Shougo's NeoBundle
plugin](https://github.com/Shougo/neobundle.vim) or [Gmarik's Vundle
plugin](https://github.com/gmarik/Vundle.vim) to install this.
